We value creativity and culinary innovation capability At our 400 m² fast-casual gastronomic space located in the center of Comillas, we operate from an innovative shipping container concept featuring an agile counter-ordering system. Our culinary offering focuses on the fusion of authentic Argentinian grilled cuts and vibrant Mexican street food. We seek a professional who can assume full responsibility for the kitchen with autonomy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: * Comprehensive management of daily procurement. * Stock control and optimization, with special attention to minimizing waste. * Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with our local suppliers in Cantabria. Although our current menu is well-established and successful, we highly value creativity and innovation, offering the freedom to propose and develop new culinary ideas. The summer season in Comillas entails high workload volumes and a consistent pace. Therefore, we seek someone accustomed to working efficiently in compact spaces (such as a container), maintaining strict order and cleanliness, and retaining composure and efficiency during peak service periods. Start date is scheduled for June, aiming to prepare the kitchen for the season, and the position will extend until mid- or late September.
