We are looking for a Support Unit Technician for Special Employment Centers (CEE) to help drive inclusion and professional development of our teams, while also participating in cross-functional initiatives related to Health and Safety, Data Protection, and process optimization across our network of service stations. ️ General Responsibilities: Identify and determine (following an assessment of the individual’s capabilities and analysis of the job position) the support needs required for employees with disabilities to perform their professional activities. Establish individualized support measures for each employee at their workplace. Promote and enhance the autonomy and independence of employees with disabilities—primarily at their workplace—by developing their socio-professional skills. Assist employees at CEE during their onboarding process into their assigned positions. Establish appropriate relationships with the family and social environment of employees with disabilities, ensuring this network serves as a source of support and encouragement for successful labor integration and job stability. Implement necessary training programs to facilitate each employee’s adaptation to their position, as well as to new technologies and production processes. Conduct follow-up interviews to assess adaptability to the job position and propose additional actions if needed. ️ Identify and intervene in potential progressive deterioration processes affecting employees with disabilities, aiming to prevent and mitigate their effects. ️ Prepare CEE reports and subsidy applications, ensuring strict compliance with current regulations. Coordinate with the People and Organization Department for proper CEE management and provide support to our own network. ️ Provide administrative/documentary support and coordinate actions related to safety, uniformity, and personal protective equipment (PPE) together with Zone Managers and Multistore Supervisors. Identify, analyze, and resolve issues involving individuals with diverse abilities who are not assigned to CEEs. Support administrative management and financial closing activities for Service Stations. Manage agreements, bonuses, etc. Analyze operational expenses and costs, contributing to improved profitability. Prepare management and monitoring reports to support decision-making. Participate in Retail area projects, campaigns, and initiatives. Collaborate in the continuous improvement of management processes and tools. Provide support and coverage regarding Data Protection matters, in relation to all activities described above. #### **Mandatory Requirements** Qualification: Vocational Training Level II (FP II) / University degree in the social field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. #### **Desirable Requirements** * ️ One year of experience in a similar position. Vocational Guidance and/or Social Adjustment Services. Training in Occupational Risk Prevention, Safety, and Environment. Knowledge of SAP. Experience in the Retail sector. Commercial and negotiation techniques. Knowledge of Data Protection regulations. Management of activities/events or similar
