Technical Commercial Coordinator

We are seeking a **TECHNICAL COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR** to coordinate and develop the company’s technical commercial activity, driving sales, customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring that each commercial proposal aligns with customer needs, available technical solutions, and the company’s production capacity. **Your main responsibilities:** In this role, you will combine commercial acumen with in-depth product technical knowledge. You will interact directly with customers, the national sales network, and internal teams to generate new opportunities and ensure every proposal meets the customer’s actual requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: * Advising customers on transformer and integrated substation solutions. * Preparing technical quotations and budgets with support from the engineering department. * Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with existing and prospective customers. * Tracking quotations, orders, and projects through the ERP system. * Coordinating with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure technical feasibility and delivery timelines. * Providing support in resolving commercial or after-sales issues. * Coordinating, training, and supporting the national sales network. * Participating in the improvement of commercial processes, reporting, sales pipeline management, and sales strategy. **What we expect from you:** * Minimum technical education: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Electricity/Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related fields. Highly desirable: Technical or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, Industrial Organization, or related disciplines. * Preferably with prior commercial experience in a technical/industrial environment. * Proficiency in CRM systems (pipeline management, tracking, KPIs). * Proficiency in Excel and standard office applications. **What we offer:** * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday. * Work-life balance measures, including shortened working hours on Fridays and during summer. * A stable and forward-looking company. * Opportunity for progression into a more senior commercial role. * Involvement in building the commercial system.
