Fresh products are essential in food retail stores and for customers; therefore, you will be responsible for delivering the best service for these products — including product theatricalization — ensuring customers receive the highest quality and freshness for their purchases. As a Fresh Products Professional in the BUTCHERY and DELI sections, your main responsibilities will include: * Product cutting and dispatch. * Counter setup. * Stock replenishment to maintain section visual standards. * Shrinkage control. * Product maintenance and promotion. * Section cleaning and hygiene. * Customer guidance and advice.
