We currently have an opening for a Frontend React Software Architect Lead who wishes to develop their career within GFT. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual ready to start and grow within a multicultural, motivating, and challenging environment. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Define and maintain the React.js-based frontend architecture, ensuring best practices in design, scalability, and maintainability. * Provide technical leadership to the frontend development team, offering mentoring, code reviews, and training. * Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and backend teams to design comprehensive, business-aligned solutions. * Evaluate new technologies, libraries, and frameworks that add value to the frontend ecosystem. * Design and oversee the implementation of performance strategies, loading optimization, and accessibility. * Ensure compliance with software security and quality standards. * Actively participate in global architectural decisions (micro frontends, API integration, CI/CD, cloud, etc.). * Document architectural decisions and development best practices. **Desired Qualifications:** * Proven experience (7+ years) in frontend development, with at least 4 years working with React.js in large-scale projects. * Solid experience as a Software Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role in frontend environments. * In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and frontend design patterns. * Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management solutions. * Experience with micro frontend architectures, REST/GraphQL API integration, and WebSockets. * Familiarity with CI/CD tools, testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress), and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Knowledge of performance tuning, technical SEO optimization, and accessibility (WCAG/ARIA). * Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional teamwork skills. * Advanced English **Personal Competencies:** * Ability to manage complex situations and effectively lead the team toward desired objectives. * Teamwork, leadership, and influencing skills * Strong written and oral communication skills.
