DESCRIPTION Our client, a company undergoing expansion in the field of software development, is looking for a person to join its Development Team. We seek a proactive individual open to working with new technologies and contributing knowledge and experience to a highly qualified and experienced team developing applications. The selected candidate will join the web development team alongside several architects and software engineers, participating in the development, deployment, and maintenance of solutions. The candidate must have a passion for technology and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges. Problems and changes should be viewed as opportunities for improvement. The candidate will join a collaborative team where everyone contributes solutions and all voices are heard, ultimately selecting the solution best aligned with the organization’s needs. Moreover, developed code must be written so that other team members can understand and maintain it, and technical documentation is a fundamental requirement for the proper growth of the company’s various solutions. **Responsibilities** * Develop solutions based on specifications defined by the Functional Analyst. * Analyze various technical solutions for required functionalities and propose architectural and/or code-level improvements. * Refactor functionalities that can be optimized. * Focus on continuous product improvement. * Share knowledge and experience with the team. * Engage in ongoing learning and train the team on new tools and development patterns to achieve better solutions. **Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Application Development. * 5 years of experience in C\# development. * Knowledge of the ASP.NET Framework (MVC and/or .NET Core). * Knowledge of web programming languages: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. * Knowledge of GIT. **What We Offer** * Job stability. * Flexible working hours oriented toward work-life balance. * Hybrid work model: two days remote, three days in the office. * Continuous training. * Social benefits plan. * Positive work environment. * Proactive teams.
