We are looking for a **Junior Software Developer C\+\+** to join an established development team, where you will learn, contribute to real projects, and work with current technologies in a **fully on-site environment in Getafe**. We seek candidates with a technical background, motivation to learn, and enthusiasm for professional development within a collaborative team. **We Want to Get to Know You…** **What Will You Do Day-to-Day?** ------------------------------- The selected candidate will, with guidance from the team: * Participate in **C\+\+ software development**, working with modern standards (C\+\+17\). * Collaborate on maintenance and improvement of existing code. * Use **build tools** such as **CMake**, and become familiar with dependency management. * Work in **Linux environments**, supporting development tasks and basic automation through scripting. * Collaborate in **continuous integration (CI/CD)** processes and software testing. * Use **Python** for small internal tools or supporting scripts. * Learn and apply good programming practices, code quality standards, and teamwork principles. * Collaborate with other developers in a technical and structured environment. **Your Profile** ------------- To thrive in this position, you should have: * A degree in **Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications**, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Academic knowledge or initial experience in **C\+\+** (C\+\+17\ experience is a plus). * Basic understanding of **C programming**. * Familiarity with **Linux**, and eagerness to deepen your expertise in this environment. * Interest in **automation tools, build systems, and DevOps**. * Basic knowledge of **Python**, or motivation to use it in technical contexts. * Strong learning ability, proactive attitude, and team-oriented mindset. * **Intermediate level of English**, sufficient for technical documentation and basic communication. ### **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Prior experience (internships, scholarships, personal projects) in software development. * Knowledge of **CMake**, **CI/CD**, or tools such as Jenkins. * Interest in complex industrial or technological environments. **Work Mode:** 100% on-site **Location:** Getafe (Madrid) We value all applications.
