You will be responsible for the administration, evolution, and advanced support of communication and perimeter security infrastructures, participating in resolving complex incidents, executing changes, optimizing platforms, and carrying out technological evolution projects. **Key Responsibilities and Tasks:** * Administration and support of communication and perimeter security platforms. * Resolution of Level 2 and Level 3 complex incidents. * Root cause analysis and resolution of network and security issues. * Execution of planned changes and interventions across various service technologies. * Participation in migration, implementation, and platform upgrade projects. * Optimization of infrastructure performance, availability, and security. * Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operational procedures. * Collaboration with vendors and multidisciplinary teams to resolve incidents and evolve solutions. * Participation in defining best practices and proposals for continuous improvement What are we looking for in you?
