As an **Administrative Assistant (CAE)**, you will join the telecommunications department and be responsible for coordinating and supervising our clients' document security, ensuring that Apave’s commitment to protection and technical rigor is fulfilled in every project we undertake. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination of business activities for our clients. * Document management on CAE platforms. * Maintenance of databases. **We Offer:** * Fixed-term intermittent contract. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00–17:30, Friday 8:00–14:00; possibility of telework.
