**Galadrim** is a startup that designs and develops web, mobile, and AI products. Led by two alumni of *École Polytechnique* who previously worked at Meta, IBM, and Microsoft, we build custom, complex solutions for our clients using agile methodologies. We are over **150 people** across France and Spain, growing at over 50% annually for the past 8 years—and the Spain team *needs you*! By joining us, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects within a young, technology-passionate team. We are looking for **Full Stack Developers** (web and mobile) to join one of the projects already underway in Spain. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to gradually assume greater technical leadership as the team expands. **This role is for you if** * You have 0\+ years of experience. (Yes, you read that right—0 years!) * You love modern, fluid, and *pixel\-perfect* interfaces. * You’re not intimidated by diving into complex business rules to translate them into efficient, optimized algorithms. * You fluently use AI-powered code editors like Cursor or Claude Code to boost your agility and execution speed—while retaining full control over your *codebase*. * You’re personable and motivated to accompany sales colleagues to meetings to clearly explain technical concepts. * You enjoy teamwork but operate autonomously on your tasks. * You pursue technical excellence in everything you do, grounded in solid engineering principles. * You speak Spanish at a native level and English fluently. Bonus if you speak French! **Your progression at Galadrim** * **Within 3 months:** You’ll already have worked on your first two projects. At Galadrim, we strongly believe in *learning by doing*, so you’ll start contributing to real projects from day one—always supported by a *Tech Lead*. You’ll also be able to participate in international conferences and workshops with the rest of the team. * **By 6 months:** You’ll master our tech stack and methodology, and take on more responsibilities—helping us structure the team (recruiting, management, developing internal tools, etc.). For context: in our Paris office, we grew from 2 to over 20 engineers in under 3 years. * **Long term:** You’ll directly contribute to expanding our operations in Spain. **Preferred technical stack** Don’t worry if you don’t master all these technologies—the stack varies per project. Below is our most commonly used stack, but it will be adapted based on your expertise and project needs: * PostgreSQL * Node.js (Adonis, Nest.js, Next.js) * JavaScript / TypeScript * React / React Native * AWS **Benefits** This position is *hybrid* in **Madrid** (4 days in-office / 1 remote, accumulable). However, you’ll work ***fully remotely*** (100% telework) until we open our first Madrid offices in the second half of 2026\. * **Equipment:** MacBook or PC of your choice (with 24/32 GB RAM and 1 TB storage). * **AI subscription:** Claude Code Max, Cursor, or another of your choice. * **Other benefits:** Meal vouchers and partial reimbursement of sports or gym expenses. **Selection process** * **Timed coding and logic quiz** * **Technical interview (in Spanish/English):** Technical challenge in your preferred (and proficient) programming language. * **Final multi-part interview:** **1\. Technical interview** in *Spanish* with Carlos (*Tech Lead* in Spain). **2\. Commercial simulation and cultural fit interview** in *Spanish* with David (*Sales Manager* in Spain). **3\.
