We operate across more than 150 centers and services in the fields of mental health, neurorehabilitation, elderly care, dependency support, social emergencies, homelessness, child protection, and social education. Currently, we are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our TRIANA center located in Madrid. WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY? Preparation and finishing of meals cooked by the chef, required throughout the day for service users (lunch, dinner, breakfast, and snacks, as applicable) * Disinfection and preparation of vegetables and fruit. * Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and pantry areas. * Monitoring and adherence to HACCP protocols and procedures. * Daily control and recording of food stock withdrawals from the warehouse. * Storage of daily food samples. * Temperature checks of prepared meals. * Plating of food for daily meals and portion control according to technical recipe specifications. * Participation in internal and external training activities proposed by or for the center. * Contribution to the implementation of continuous improvement plans. * Identification of service gaps and any situations that could improve project operations within a quality framework. * Reporting operational obstacles to the functional/hierarchical supervisor. * Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding data and information handled during professional practice, especially concerning individuals served. * Any other duties specified in the technical/administrative terms of reference. * Any other tasks required to ensure smooth center operations and the well-being of service users at all times.
