**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Architect in Leganés, Community of Madrid. **Workplace** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Address: Leganés **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support in analyzing technical solutions for various infrastructure needs arising at different employment offices * Support in reviewing technical documentation submitted by contractors, including construction projects, drawings, budgets, material proposals, work certifications, and project settlement documents * Support in conducting scheduled visits to employment offices where a project is to be drafted or construction work is underway, in accordance with the established visit procedure * Support in drafting technical reports and status reports for various contracts **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the data declared in the application, as well as requiring additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold one of the following qualifications (Level 3 MECES) (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities): + Architecture + Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Foundations + Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture + Official Master’s Degree in Architecture ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum 5 years of demonstrable professional experience as an architect under an employment contract ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Professional experience in drafting projects for Public Administrations * Professional experience in tendering procedures governed by Law 9/2017 of 8 November on Public Sector Contracts * Training and/or advanced proficiency in Presto for quantity surveying * Training and/or advanced proficiency in AutoCAD **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 10 months, linked to the execution of the assignment described in the announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds.
