Job Description Mission: Ensure the availability, quality, integration, and efficient utilization of corporate data by designing and maintaining ingestion, transformation, and modeling architectures and processes that enable the company to make decisions based on reliable, accessible, and consistent information. Responsibilities:* Interact with various business areas to understand their needs and propose solutions in the form of reports and dashboards. * Design, implement, and test ETL processes, primarily using Microsoft tools (Azure Data Factory, SSIS). * Support coordination of projects and tasks carried out by both internal teams and external vendors. * Participate in developing a corporate-wide methodology for automated and consistent reporting. * Identify deficiencies and propose solutions to improve data quality and availability. * Collaborate closely with internal and external teams (ICT department and functional areas) to ensure data quality and availability. * Actively collaborate with the Data Governance team. * Analyze internal data sources to align them with corporate strategy. * Manage version control and schemas using versioning and deployment systems such as Azure DevOps. Candidate Requirements Education:* University degree in: Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics. Competencies:* The following will be considered advantageous: * Experience in Data Warehouse and Data Mart modeling, ensuring data availability and consistency from multiple sources. * Experience in ETL processes using tools such as SSIS, Python, Apache Airflow, Glue, or Spark for data extraction, cleansing, and transformation. * In-depth experience with Microsoft Power BI (modeling, DAX, visualizations, and deployments). * Advanced experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including: * Advanced SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, indexing). * Database and complex query performance optimization. * Solid knowledge of data architecture (normalization, partitioning, design). * Knowledge and experience with Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Azure cloud environments. * Familiarity with Azure DevOps for version control, deployments, and CI/CD processes. * Prior experience with SSIS-based ETLs and data integration projects. * Knowledge of Data Warehousing and data design methodologies. * Experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks, Data Pipelines). * Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate. * Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for automation, web scraping, or developing small applications. * Knowledge of DevOps / CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins…). * Required technical skills: * SQL Server * Power BI * Azure Data Factory * SSIS-based ETLs * Experience with Azure Services * Azure DevOps * Data Warehousing * Personal competencies: * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across multiple departments. * Proactivity, agility, and problem-solving orientation. * Flexibility to adapt to changing and dynamic environments. * Organized, responsible, cooperative, and versatile individual. * Practical and solution-oriented decision-making. * Eagerness to learn, innovate, and continuously improve. * English level B2 *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent, and therefore we strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal terms.
