EUGENIO PEREDA SANEAMIENTOS is seeking an HR Technical Administrator We are a family-owned company with extensive experience in selling bathrooms, kitchen furniture, and plumbing materials. We are looking for an HR Technical Administrator eager to grow within the Human Resources department. Your primary mission will be to provide support throughout the employee’s working life cycle: - Recruitment, hiring, payroll processing, and contract terminations. - Monitoring and managing sick leave and work-related accidents. - Social security contributions (RLC, RNT, DCL), CRA, Tax Forms 111 and 190. - Coordination with temporary employment agencies (ETTs). - Medical examinations and liaison with mutual insurance companies (Mutuas). - Time management via the WOFFU platform. - Proficiency in ERP SAGE 200. - Occupational Health and Safety (PRL). - Knowledge of Equality Plans.
