Job Summary: Monitor compliance with the preventive measures adopted by the company, control risks, and adapt preventive activities. Key Points: 1. Monitor and ensure compliance with preventive measures 2. Verify the effectiveness of preventive activities and adapt them accordingly 3. Inform the employer about deficiencies and propose solutions OBJECTIVE(S) Ensure implementation of the preventive measures adopted by the company and included in the Occupational Health and Safety Plan. Ensure effective control of those risks that necessitate the presence of a Preventive Resource. This means adherence to the measures outlined in the Occupational Health and Safety Plan. FUNCTIONS * \- Monitor compliance with preventive activities related to work-derived risks, verify the effectiveness of preventive activities established in the Planning, and adapt them to both anticipated and unanticipated risks arising from the situation requiring the presence of a Preventive Resource. * \- If inadequate compliance with such preventive activities is observed, provide necessary instructions for their correct and immediate implementation. Additionally, inform the employer so that appropriate corrective actions may be taken for any identified deficiencies not yet resolved. The Preventive Resource must be present throughout the entire duration of the situation requiring their presence. It is not incompatible for them to simultaneously perform a different productive activity, provided such monitoring duties remain unaffected. Obviously, when not performing monitoring tasks, the designated or assigned worker may carry out any other productive or preventive activity within the company. QUALIFICATIONS / ACADEMIC DEGREES \- OTHER * 60-hour Basic Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) Course. * Intermediate-level technical training or Master’s in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) with all three specialties is desirable.
