We are seeking a Resident Engineer to join our Offshore team. As a Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for developing high-value engineering solutions in close collaboration with customers and the Technical Office. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? Main responsibilities of the role: * Collaborate with the Construction Project Manager (CPM) on project acquisition by evaluating required information, scope, and estimating time needed to deliver value-added engineering services. * Participate with the CPM in preparing an economic budget and feasibility framework. * Ensure technical quality and suitability of proposals from the Technical Office. * Supervise and manage approval of proposals developed by the Technical Office, ensuring compliance with project specifications/requirements, technical codes and standards (internal and external). * Provide appropriate technical advice to customers in coordination with specialists across disciplines. * Develop a design guide based on customer requirements. * Participate in cross-functional meetings with the sales team. * Ensure all engineering and design documentation is complete and up to date. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU NEED? * Education: Engineering degree (preferably Industrial or Civil Engineering) or Architecture. * Minimum two years’ prior experience in technical and/or commercial roles. * Prior experience in Technical Office and/or project management. * Strong knowledge of construction applications. * Experience managing complex commercial agreements, achieving sales targets and execution plans while ensuring profitability and quality. * Strong ability to balance commercial, technical, logistical, financial, legal, and other aspects related to supplying complex solutions combining products, services, and software. * Results-oriented with ability to engage third parties. * Excellent communication skills at senior management level and across the organization. * Willingness to travel nationally. * C1 level English proficiency mandatory.
