If you have relevant experience and are seeking an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this position is perfect for you! We are seeking a **Communal Catering Cook** to join one of our centers. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Full-time position, 40 hours per week. * Rotating shifts, morning and/or afternoon according to the schedule. * Monday through Sunday, with two days off. * Salary according to the Communal Catering Collective Agreement. **Responsibilities:** * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and tools. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. **We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered.
