Your primary focus will be to ensure smooth transitions for deliverables into the internal developer user community while enhancing the overall **developer experience (DX)**. Acting as the primary bridge between Platform squads and the Developer community, you will ensure smooth feature transitions, promote user adoption of automation, and champion positive change management. Your focus will be on enabling a user\-centric approach, driving adoption metrics, and creating strategies to enhance the overall experience of internal developers and stakeholders. Because this role operates across multiple European countries , we expect this person to be **multilingual**. Fluency in **English is mandatory**, and proficiency in one or more additional European languages (such as French, Dutch, German, Spanish, or Italian) is highly desirable. The ability to communicate effectively across linguistic and cultural boundaries is essential for coordinating developer teams, and stakeholders. **What do you have to offer?** * Experience in release coordination and managing user communities in medium\-sized organizations. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies, change management frameworks, and developer platforms/tools. **Developer\-Centric Expertise** * Experience in creating and tracking experience\-related KPIs (e.g., Net Promoter Score, platform adoption rates). * Proven success in improving developer experience through automation, platform enhancements, and user\-centric design. * Ability to **capture and prioritize the voice of the developer**, ensuring that platforms and tools meet user expectations. **Strategic Thinking and Metrics** * Analytical skills to develop and track **KPIs and success metrics**, measuring the impact of new platforms and automation initiatives. * Strategic mindset to anticipate resistance to change, manage risks, and develop proactive mitigation strategies. * Empathy and user focus to understand developer challenges and provide tailored support for platform adoption. **Communication and Relationship Building** * **Proven ability to build and maintain strong relatio**nships with developers, Agile squads, and stakeholders. * **Strong communication skills** to convey the benefits of platform changes, automation, and new features to technical and non\-technical audiences. * **Problem\-solving:** Ability to identify obstacles and develop creative solutions to improve team efficiency. Exercise high\-judgment decision\-making for issues and escalations while effectively managing risks and navigating uncertainty. * **Enhancing Communication**: Establish and maintain effective communication channels between departments to ensure efficient information flow. * **Empathy:** Recognise and address the needs and challenges of team members to provide tailored support and resources that significantly enhance their experience. * **Interpersonal Skills:** Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful Experience initiatives. Demonstrate experience in managing cross\-functional teams. **Feedback Loop Management**: Implement effective channels for regular feedback from Tribe members to continuously enhance Experience programs * **Collaboration with Stakeholders**: Cultivate strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Actively seek and identify opportunities for improvement through collaboration. **Which tasks can you expect?** **Key Responsibilities** **Developer Experience and Feature Adoption** * Collaborate with Product \& Platform squads to **transition features, user stories, and platform enhancements** into the developer and user communities, ensuring a smooth and graceful release. * Act as the **voice of the developer**, capturing feedback to enhance the Platforms and ensuring we meets user needs and expectations. * Conduct **monthly service reviews**, including incidents, bug\-related releases, and tracking developer satisfaction through metrics such as the **developer happiness score**. * Promote the adoption of **automation tools and platforms**, ensuring they align with the needs of the developer community. **Change Management and Metrics** * Develop and execute **change plans and strategies** to support the adoption of IDPs, automation, and feature rollouts. * Establish and track **adoption metrics and KPIs** to measure the success and impact of platform initiatives. * Work with Product Owners to ensure that impacted users provide the necessary data to measure change and that KPIs are effectively communicated to relevant groups. * Identify and train **Change Agents** within the user community to act as advocates for Platform and improve developer experiences. **Change Environment and Culture Building** * Create a **culture of change** by sharing success stories, addressing concerns, Share success stories and celebrating individual and team achievements. * Proactively manage risks and resistance by developing mitigation strategies and fostering a sense of urgency and excitement around platform improvements. * Identify **key influencers and advocates** in the community to help drive a positive developer experience. **Community Building and Advocacy** * Identify and train **Change Agents** within the developer community to advocate for IDPs, DXP, and new ways of working. * Build strong relationships with developers and stakeholders, maintaining an open line of communication and serving as the **primary point of contact** for end\-user concerns and feedback. * Foster an **environment of collaboration and positivity**, ensuring developers feel supported and motivated during transitions to new platforms and features. **Collaboration and Communication** * Work closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Scrum Masters, Change Influencers, and Stakeholders to **align release planning and communication strategies**. * Lead the creation and execution of a **developer\-focused communication plan**, including key messages, benefits, and updates related to platform changes and automation initiatives. * Advocate for self\-service capabilities and streamlined workflows that enhance the developer journey. * Ensure a **consistent feedback loop** between the platform teams and developers to continuously improve the DXP **Required Skills and Experience** **User\-Centric Expertise** * Demonstrated ability to **capture and address the voice of the customer**, ensuring user needs are prioritized and deliverables provide positive outcomes. * Proven success in driving **change management initiatives**, particularly in user\-centric or automation\-focused environments. * Ability to develop and track **KPIs and success metrics** to measure the impact of new initiatives and features. **Collaboration and Leadership** * Experience working closely with Agile squads, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless feature releases. * Strong leadership skills to identify, train, and motivate **Change Agents** within a diverse user community. * Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas, promote benefits, and build trust with end users and stakeholders. * Experience leading **change management initiatives** in complex technical environments, particularly around IDP adoption and automation. **Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving** * Proactive approach to identifying risks and resistance, coupled with a proven ability to develop and implement mitigation strategies. * Strong analytical and organizational skills to create effective **change plans** and deliver measurable results.
