The individual will act as the onsite representative for the technology team, working closely with business and IT stakeholders, driving BAU coordination, managing escalations, and identifying new opportunities. **Responsibilities** * Act as the primary onsite liaison between client stakeholders and offshore technology teams * Manage BAU activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery * Engage with senior stakeholders for updates, discussions, and alignment * Handle escalations proactively and ensure timely resolution * Maintain strong client relationships and act as the face of the IT team * Identify opportunities for enhancement and pitch solutions where relevant * Coordinate across teams for KYC\-related technology initiatives * Support implementation and optimization of KYC systems and workflows * Leverage AI/GenAI capabilities to enhance KYC processes where applicable **Eligibility Requirements** * 10–12 years of experience in KYC domain within Financial Services * Hands\-on experience in KYC IT projects with investment banks * Strong understanding of KYC lifecycle, onboarding, AML, and regulatory requirements * Prior experience in Java and related technologies * Experience working in client\-facing roles, preferably onsite * Exposure to AI / GenAI applications in KYC or financial services is preferred * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Fluency in Spanish and English * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Strong problem\-solving and analytical ability * Relationship management and client handling skills * Proactive mindset with ownership attitude * Ability to work with senior leadership and cross\-functional teams **How to Apply** * Click "Apply Now" to submit your resume through our career site * Be sure to include any relevant experience that aligns with the role. * Qualified candidates will be contacted by a member of our recruitment team for next steps **About eClerx** eClerx is a leading provider of productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.
