If you seek growth within an international, innovative, and continuously evolving environment, ALIANDO is your place. **What are we looking for?** We are hiring an SRE Engineer with experience in resilience, automation, and continuous improvement of platforms and applications. **Some of your key responsibilities will include:** * Analyzing Shuttle recommendations and identifying root causes of incidents. * Designing technical solutions and improvement plans to enhance platform resilience. * Coordinating implementation of improvements with DevOps teams. * Validating changes made and monitoring post-implementation performance. * Managing critical incidents and leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA). * Monitoring resilience, availability, and technical debt metrics. * Identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives. **We seek professionals experienced in:** * Resilience Engineering. * Application architecture. * Microservices, APIs, and databases. * System integrations and dependency management. * Advanced observability. * Process automation. * CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). * Definition and management of SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets. * **What we offer:** * Permanent employment contract directly with our company. * Compensation package: Base salary + performance-based variable pay.
