We are looking for a **Test Bench Software Development Engineer** to join an **aerospace sector** project, with **100% on-site work in Tres Cantos (Madrid)**. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Development of **test sequences** for validation of **electronic systems**. * Development of **C\+\+ software drivers** for controlling various test bench equipment. * **Test bench configuration** and verification of correct integration and operation of systems. * **Electrical and functional validation** of units under test. * Execution and monitoring of test campaigns alongside the end customer team. * **Analysis of results** and preparation of **test reports**. * Use of **electronic instrumentation**: oscilloscopes, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, among others. ### **Required Qualifications** * Degree in **Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering or related field**. * Prior experience in **electronic systems validation and testing**. * Knowledge of **C\+\+** applied to driver or test sequence development. * Knowledge of **scripting for test automation** (Python or other languages). * Hands-on experience with **laboratory electronic instrumentation**. * Proficiency with **Visual Studio and/or Visual Studio Code**. * Experience with **version control tools (Git)**. * Minimum English language level: **B2**. * Availability for **100% on-site work** in Tres Cantos. ### **Preferred Additional Qualifications** * Prior experience in **Verification and Validation (V\&V)** activities within the space or defense sectors. * Knowledge of **electronic systems communication protocols and buses**, ideally **SpaceWire** and/or **MIL‑STD‑1553**. * Experience in test execution and preparation of **test reports**. ### **What We Offer** * Indefinite-term contract. * Childcare voucher (up to €600 gross per year). * Meal allowance (€1,200 gross per year). * Technical, soft skills, and language training. * A real career development plan tailored to your role and professional evolution. ### **Why Capgemini?** Capgemini is a global leader in transforming and managing its clients’ businesses by harnessing the full power of technology.
