We are looking for a Systems, Processes, and Automation Technician to join our team in a cross-functional capacity. The selected candidate will have a direct impact on how we work: their mission will be to analyze our current processes, identify friction points, and automate everything possible so that the team can operate without limitations. **What will you do?** --------------- * Audit and optimize existing processes in Odoo (Gextia), Shopify, and PowerBI, identifying inefficiencies and proposing concrete improvements. * Automate repetitive inter-departmental workflows, reducing manual tasks and errors. * Implement AI and automation tools to streamline day-to-day operations. * Create and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports enabling teams to make data-driven decisions. * Provide support to teams using digital tools and deliver training on new features when necessary. * Collaborate with all departments to identify needs, prioritize improvements, and ensure systems operate in an integrated manner. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ * Experience with Odoo: administration, module configuration, and workflow optimization.
