Position Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment Technician to comprehensively manage recruitment processes and actively search for suitable profiles, coordinating with various departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of recruitment processes and profile definition 2. Coordination with managers from different departments 3. We are currently looking to hire a Recruitment Technician for our office in Alguaire. If you wish to join our team, please apply. **Responsibilities** · End-to-end management of recruitment processes (profile definition, job posting, CV screening, interviews, and reporting). · Active candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Infojobs, etc.). · Coordination with department heads requiring personnel. · Assessment of candidates' technical and transversal competencies. · Monitoring of onboarding and induction periods. · Maintenance and updating of the candidate database. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00–14:00 and 14:30–17:00 Friday: 8:00–15:00 One weekday: 8:00–15:30 Salary: €20,000.00–€24,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
