Therefore, we are recruiting a **TECHNICAL COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR** in Los Alcázares for one of our client companies specializing in the manufacturing, assembly, and commercialization of electrical transformers and transformer substations. **Your Mission:** Your primary objective will be to coordinate and develop the company’s technical commercial activity, driving sales, customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring that each commercial proposal aligns with customer needs, available technical solutions, and the company’s production capacity. **Your Responsibilities:** In this role, you will combine commercial expertise with in-depth technical knowledge of the product. You will interact directly with customers, the national sales network, and internal teams to generate new business opportunities and ensure every proposal meets the customer’s actual requirements. Your main responsibilities will include: * Advising customers on solutions related to transformers and complete transformer substations. * Preparing technical quotations and budgets with support from the engineering department. * Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with existing and prospective customers. * Tracking quotations, orders, and projects through the ERP system. * Coordinating with design, engineering, and production departments to ensure technical feasibility and delivery timelines. * Providing support in resolving commercial or after-sales issues. * Coordinating, training, and supporting the national sales network. * Participating in improving commercial processes, reporting, sales pipeline management, and sales strategy. **What We Expect From You:** * Minimum technical education: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Electricity/Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
