HR Technician - Payroll

Description

We are looking for an HR Technician / Payroll and Labor Administration professional for a large company located in San Javier (Murcia) **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Full payroll cycle management (calculation, review, and incident handling) * Personnel administration: Onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, settlement agreements, and social security registrations * Labor incident management (sick leave, permits, vacations, etc.) * Social security reconciliation and procedures with the Social Security Administration * Monitoring and compliance with collective bargaining agreements * Recruitment and onboarding processes * Maintenance and updating of employee database * Maintenance of time-tracking system, incident management, absenteeism, etc. * Monitoring and control of Occupational Health and Safety procedures * Preparation of HR reports and reporting **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in similar roles, with responsibility for payroll and labor management * Experience with HR management software (experience with Grupo Castilla software or similar is highly valued) * Proficiency in office tools (especially EXCEL) **What does the company offer?** * Job stability * A project offering autonomy and responsibility * Positive work environment and professional development opportunities * Indefinite-term contract \- Salary: €23\.000 \- €25\.000 gross/year Working hours from Monday to Friday, as follows: * Monday to Thursday: 08:30 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 * Friday: 08:00 to 15:00 Reclut is the AI-powered recruitment marketplace that connects companies with thousands of specialized recruiters and AI agents working together to fill positions faster and more accurately.
