The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience to lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, safety, and profitability. **Responsibilities** * Comprehensive planning, organization, and management of construction projects. * Technical, economic, and productive management of assigned projects. * Cost control, certifications, and measurements. * Procurement planning and supplier negotiations. * Subcontractor hiring and coordination. * Supervision of schedule adherence, quality, and safety compliance. * Site documentation management. * Liaison with clients, technical directors, and other stakeholders. * Coordination of site supervisors and assigned teams. * Review of layout plans and management of project modifications. Requirements * University degree in Technical Architecture, Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum **10 years' experience** as a Construction Site Manager. * Demonstrable experience in **new residential construction**, especially in multifamily buildings. * Knowledge of economic control, planning, certifications, procurement, and subcontractor management. * Proficiency with tools such as **Presto, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, and BIM**. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training of **60 hours**. * Valid Class B driver's license.
