This is a hybrid role bridging general services and medical devices, where your technical knowledge and ability to structure proposals will be critical to project success. **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?** * Drafting and preparation of technical and administrative proposals for public tenders. * Analysis of tender documents and requirements in electromedical equipment projects. * Coordination with technical and commercial teams to define service and product solutions. * Writing technical documentation (technical reports, service plans, value propositions, etc.). * Use of office tools and AI to optimize proposal creation. * Monitoring tender processes and meeting deadlines. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Prior experience in **electromedical equipment services**. * Experience in **public tenders**. * Proficient use of office tools: * Word * Excel * PowerPoint * AI tools applied to documentation or productivity * Analytical skills, organizational ability, and technical writing proficiency. * Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
