Description
We are seeking personnel to work as production operators in a chemical sector company focused on distillation processes. Main tasks include monitoring and controlling plant equipment, ensuring all operations comply with quality and safety procedures. Work ranges from preparing raw materials to monitoring process parameters and inspecting the final product. The operator must take instrument readings, record data in systems, and notify supervisors upon detecting any anomalies. The operator is also responsible for cleaning and performing basic equipment maintenance, adhering to industrial and environmental safety regulations. Teamwork ability and collaboration with other departments to maintain an efficient working environment are valued. Salary follows the sector's collective agreement. The contract is temporary, initially for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent thereafter. Working hours follow rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. Required qualifications include vocational training related to basic chemical operations, such as medium-level plant operator training or higher-level industrial chemistry training. Prior work experience is not required. Completion of a chemical plant operator course is mandatory. A basic level of Spanish is required.
