**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in work related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Foreman/Forewoman \- Construction Works (Zaragoza) in Zaragoza. **Workplace** -------------------- * Zaragoza Zaragoza, with travel throughout the province of Zaragoza. **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule tasks jointly with the supervisor, assume responsibility for the progress of the project, and immediately report any anomalies arising. * Interpret blueprints, perform measurements, and carry out layout surveys. * Monitor equipment and workforce productivity, and complete and sign off on required reports concerning personnel and machinery. * Train team members in assigned tasks. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, regulations regarding occupational safety, quality, and site signage; be responsible for informing newly hired staff about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must substantiate fulfillment of requirements and/or merits by completing assessment tests and/or attaching supporting documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents verifying information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the CV whenever necessary to validate the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a Spanish high school diploma (Bachiller), pre-university certificate (BUP or COU), or vocational training qualification (FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS), officially recognized in Spain. #### **Additional Training** * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training in construction (50 or 60 hours); equivalency may also be demonstrated through PRL training specified in the National Construction Collective Agreement. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license category B, currently in force. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * At least 2\.000 hours of supplementary training in the agricultural field. ### **Prior Experience** * Between 1 and 3 years of professional or academic experience in companies engaged in civil engineering, irrigation, or forestry projects (with formal employment contract and/or academic certification). * Between 1 and 3 years of professional or academic experience in environmental or rural infrastructure sector companies (with formal employment contract and/or academic certification). **Observations** ----------------- * OFFERED: Fixed-term contract until completion of the selection process for definitive appointment.
