




***PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: This is a 100% TECHNICAL SYSTEMS AND SETUP POSITION.*** **WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR:** Photographers, filmmakers, video editors, or content creators. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Live technicians responsible for setup, configuration, and operation of equipment (PA systems, lighting consoles, modular LED screens, cabling). ***If your profile is artistic/creative rather than technical/installation-oriented, this position is not suitable for you.*** At Tenerife WE (Eventalia Group), Canary Islands’ leader in technical event production, we are seeking to incorporate a technical profile into our Technical Production team in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. **WHAT PROFILE ARE WE SEEKING? We understand it’s difficult to be an expert in everything—we value flexibility:** Are you a generalist? Perfect—if you’re proficient across all three areas. Are you a specialist? If you excel in ONLY ONE area (sound, lighting, or video/LED screens) but possess a proactive attitude toward learning and assisting with setup in the other areas, we want to meet you. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES (depending on your specialization): **Sound Area:** Preparation, rigging, and tuning of PA and monitor systems. RF management and microphone setup. Operation of digital mixing consoles (Yamaha, Allen & Heath, etc.). **Lighting Area:** Rigging and aiming of fixtures (moving heads, LED spotlights, conventional lights). Programming and operation using lighting consoles (Avolites and MA Lighting experience preferred) and DMX protocols. **Video (Systems) Area:** Physical assembly and configuration of modular LED screens. Management of video processors and signal routing. Operation of control software such as Resolume Arena (not editing, but playback and mapping). **Common to All Areas:** Preparation of materials in warehouse and basic maintenance. Loading, unloading, and setup for small- and medium-scale events. ***ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:*** Residence in Tenerife or genuine availability to relocate. Valid driver’s license (Class B). Flexible working hours aligned with event dynamics (weekends, nighttime shifts depending on setup schedules).
