**INSTALLATION ENGINEER**

**Working hours and location:** The company is located in central Zaragoza, easily accessible by public transport or on foot. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including a 30-minute lunch break. During your break, you may relax on a grass-covered rooftop terrace, where an office kitchenette is available for enjoying your meal. Furthermore, every Friday you will finish early—at 2:30 p.m.—so you can make the most of your weekend.

**What will your responsibilities be?**
You will lead the Engineering Department, and your primary mission will be to actively participate in the full lifecycle development of installation projects—from initial design through on-site supervision—ensuring all work complies with plans and established quality standards.
Additionally, you will closely coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth, uninterrupted project execution.
**Main Responsibilities**:
* Design and calculation of electrical, HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, and telecommunications installations.
* Preparation of drawings, technical reports, schematics, quantity take-offs, and budgets.
* BIM coordination and modeling (Revit MEP) alongside the architecture team.
* Preparation and support in processing permits, responsible declarations, and technical documentation.
* Technical review of supplier proposals and coordination with contractors.
* On-site supervision and resolution of issues arising during construction.
**What will make you successful in this role?**
We seek a candidate with a degree in **Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering**, or a related field, possessing solid knowledge of **CTE, RITE, REBT, DB\-HE, DB\-HS, DB\-SI**, and current regulations. Minimum **2\-3 years’ experience** in building installation projects is essential, as is proficiency in **AutoCAD**.
Strong ability to draft technical documentation and collaborate effectively with other teams—including both engineering and architecture—is also critical.
**Additional assets include**:
* Knowledge of **Revit MEP** and calculation tools (CYPE or others).
* Prior experience in offices, commercial premises, or bank branches.
* Knowledge of **energy efficiency** and certifications.
* **Experience in construction management or technical supervision**.
* **English language proficiency**.
