Main responsibilities will include: * Supervision and operation of equipment within your area of responsibility that make up the production line: start-up, production changeovers, parameter control, and verification of product and process quality. * Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance (mechanical, electrical, and/or lubrication) on machinery in your area. * Meeting production schedules while ensuring product quality on time and as required. * Maintaining the workstation, machinery, tools, and fixtures in optimal condition, ensuring order and cleanliness in the area. * Applying the continuous improvement methodology of World Class Manufacturing (AM/PM projects, Policy Deployment, QKaizen, Success Sheets, OPLs, SMP/SOP, etc.). * Active participation in interdisciplinary projects related to continuous improvement, safety, and environment. * Compliance with regulations regarding Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics, Environment, Eco-design, Energy, and Quality, collaborating in actions implemented by the company. **Is this job right for you?** Apply if you meet the following requirements: * Vocational training in a technical field.
