We are seeking talents to join our team in building data centers in Zaragoza, a key infrastructure for next-generation digital services. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with natural leadership skills to oversee the execution of mechanical work in a technological infrastructure construction project. The Mechanical Supervisor will be directly responsible for managing on-site personnel, organizing tasks, and ensuring that all work is carried out according to drawings, quality specifications, and safety regulations. This role is essential for daily site progress and requires a candidate with strong practical experience and leadership capability. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Daily supervision and coordination of assigned on-site personnel (skilled workers, assistants) during the installation of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, piping, etc.). * Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure correct work execution. * Organize tasks, assign duties, and monitor workforce performance. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all activities performed by the team. * Monitor the quality of received materials and completed work, identifying potential deviations and reporting them. * Manage the efficient use of tools, equipment, and machinery assigned to their area. * Assist in resolving minor technical issues arising on-site. * Report work progress, material requirements, and incidents to the site manager or Mechanical Manager. * Maintain order and cleanliness in their work area. * Higher-level vocational training in Thermal and Fluid Systems, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or similar role in construction projects, preferably in industrial, commercial, or complex infrastructure settings (Data Centers). * Solid practical knowledge of the assembly, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems, fire protection, plumbing, piping networks, and pumping equipment. * Demonstrated ability to lead teams, organize work, and solve problems on-site. * Strong commitment to safety and quality in execution. * Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
