Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible cook for a senior residence in Zaragoza, responsible for preparing customized menus, managing kitchen operations, and complying with hygiene regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of customized menus and special diets 2. Organization of kitchen workflow and inventory management 3. Coordination with the team and compliance with regulations We are looking for a cook (male or female) for a senior residence in Zaragoza. Requirements include culinary-related training, food handling certification, organizational skills, responsibility, and teamwork ability. Duties include preparing daily menus adapted to residents' needs, preparing special diets, organizing kitchen workflow, complying with food hygiene and safety regulations, managing raw material inventory, maintaining order and cleanliness, and coordinating with the team. The position offers an indefinite full-time contract, with a rotating schedule from Monday to Friday (07:00–15:00 or 12:00–20:00\) and alternate weekends from 07:00 to 15:00\. The monthly gross salary is 1\.353,77 euros, paid in 12 installments.
