We are passionate about innovation and committed to making the world a better place, pushing boundaries every day to make the impossible, possible. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:**  * Transport Management Software advisory * Get and maintain detailed knowledge about tailor made transport management system (RenTM) features, structure, principles, links, interfaces * Receive, communicate and track application bugs with software developer, drive solutions, be first level support for RenTM users in Europe * Organize and lead trainings of RenTM for new users (internal, external) and refresher sessions * Assess RenTM, server structure performance, identify and solve performance issues * Attend ongoing, new RenTM application developments in liaison with Program Manager, Business contacts and software developer. Apply today and be the difference you want to see in the world! **Work Experience** REQUIREMENTS: * Relevant work experience in software application advisory, preferably transport management systems * Relevant work experience in data mining and operations data analytics, preferably logistics data * Work experience in business process management and development for measuring processes * university degree in information technologies (IT), software development or related subject to demonstrate applicable knowledge base * Proficiency in ERP operations, preferably Oracle applications to gather and analyze data * Clear thinking mindset to understand complex context and act adequately * Self\-confident and persistent characteristics to get users trained and software bugs fixed * High communication skills with the ability to work with and through global, cross\-functional teams (internal, external) * Expertise in virtual communication (Microsoft Teams) for providing trainings and giving ad\-hoc support sessions to users * Proven presentation and coaching skills to efficiently lead training session * Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks with a proven ability to meet hard deadlines * Fluent verbal and writing skills in English, and German or Spanish
