Description
The main responsibilities of this position focus on operating numerical control (CNC) machinery within the sheet metal production area. The incumbent must perform metal bending tasks, interpreting technical drawings and CNC programs to ensure precision and quality of manufactured parts. Additionally, collaborative support is required in other sections of the production process—such as the Assembly area—whenever operational needs arise, thereby promoting teamwork and versatility. This position demands a high degree of autonomy and responsibility in machine operation, ensuring adherence to production deadlines and maintaining established industrial safety standards. Performance in this role directly contributes to the manufacturing flow and timely delivery of components for elevator systems, forming part of a technically specialized value chain.
The company provides a collective transportation service (company bus) for this position to facilitate commuting. Furthermore, employees have access to physiotherapy services for occupational health care and an on-site cafeteria. The work environment corresponds to that of an industrial plant dedicated to manufacturing components for the elevator sector.
Autonomous and competent operation of CNC press brakes is required, with at least three years of demonstrable hands-on experience in a similar industrial setting. Formal vocational training is mandatory—specifically, a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in a related professional field, such as Mechanical Manufacturing. Practical knowledge of interpreting technical drawings and basic CNC machine programming will be considered advantageous.
