Your responsibilities will include managing delivery notes, tracking shipments, and organizing documentation required for seamless logistics operations. You will also use office tools to create and update records, prepare reports, and communicate internally within the team. Your fluent English will be essential when interacting with clients and suppliers both in Spain and abroad, ensuring clear and professional communication. A B2 or C1 level of English is required, with strong spoken and written communication skills. Formal training in administration—such as a Medium-Level Vocational Training Program—is valued, although relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications. A minimum of two years of experience in similar administrative and logistical roles is required, demonstrating proven competence in administrative and logistics management. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00\. The contract is temporary, with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract based on performance. English proficiency at B2 or C1 level\. Vocational training in Administration (Medium-Level FP) is desirable. Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and logistical positions. Proficiency in office software.
