Main duties will include telephone support, preparing PDF documents, and handling their printing and binding. The role also involves managing the filing system, tracking working hours, and recording vacation days. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for office supply administration and entering invoice and expense data into the SAGE software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and formal training in administration are required. A valid Class B driver's license is considered an advantage. A permanent, full-time employment contract is offered.
