At **Operinter, a company belonging to Grupo Alonso**, we are looking to hire an **Export Traffic Manager** to lead this department and ensure the smooth execution of export operations—particularly maritime ones.
What will your mission be?
You will be responsible for **leading and managing the Export Traffic team**, coordinating daily operations and ensuring proper management of shipments from initiation through to completion.
Your objective will be to deliver high-quality customer service by optimizing resources, supervising operations, and **resolving any incidents arising during maritime exports**.
***Key responsibilities***
* **Lead, coordinate, and manage the Export Traffic team**, organizing workloads, priorities, and operational follow-up.
* Supervise and ensure the correct execution of **maritime exports**, from file opening to closure.
* **Resolve and supervise operational incidents** that may arise during the export process, making decisions and identifying effective alternatives.
* Coordinate operations with **customers, shipping lines, agents, suppliers, and internal departments**.
* Monitor shipment status, transshipments, port calls, and possible service deviations.
* Ensure proper handling and review of **export documentation**.
* Supervise costs, invoicing, and additional services, ensuring full control over files.
* Identify improvement opportunities and **optimize area processes and resources**.
* Maintain fluent communication with other company departments—especially Commercial and Pricing—to guarantee a competitive, customer-tailored service.
What are we looking for?
* **Proven experience in team management and leadership.**
* **Solid experience in managing and resolving operational incidents related to maritime exports.**
* **More than 2 years’ experience in similar roles** within the industry.
* Education or knowledge in **International Trade, Logistics, Traffic, or Transportation**.
* **Advanced level of English.**
* Proficiency in office software and management/ERP systems.
* A **proactive, solution-oriented, organized, and results-driven individual**, with leadership ability, strong communication skills, and sound decision-making capability.
Working hours: **Monday–Thursday:** 8:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:00; **Friday:** 8:00–15:00
