We are looking for a **Cook** responsible for the **preparation and cooking of dishes** at our **food service establishment**. The ideal candidate must possess strong skills in **cooking, food service, and gastronomy**, as well as experience in **hospitality inventory management**, **menu development**, and **application of culinary recipes**, with a particular focus on **Mediterranean and Spanish cuisine**. As a **Cook**, your main responsibilities will include: * Efficiently **preparing and cooking dishes**, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Appropriately managing **ingredient and raw material inventories** required for dish preparation. * Participating in the **design and creation of menus** reflecting current gastronomic trends and our customers' preferences. * Implementing and supervising **Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)** procedures to ensure food safety. * Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth, high-quality service. For this position, we seek a candidate with: * Proven **experience in dish preparation** within a **food service environment**. * Solid knowledge of **cooking, food service, and gastronomy**, especially **Mediterranean and Spanish cuisine**. * Skills in **hospitality inventory management** and **menu development**. * Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment. * Commitment to implementing **HACCP procedures** and ensuring food safety.
