Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for comprehensive IT systems support, maintenance, and management, including Microsoft 365 administration and technical incident resolution, with involvement in AI implementation. Participation in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies implementation We seek a professional to provide support, maintenance, and comprehensive management of IT systems. Responsibilities include administration of the Microsoft 365 environment, covering users, permissions, email, and collaborative tools. The role also involves hardware and software configuration, installation, and updates. The selected candidate will resolve technical incidents, delivering direct and effective support. Additionally, they will participate in implementing and developing solutions using artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to improve processes. A Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Information and Communications Technology, or a University Degree in Engineering—particularly Computer Engineering—is required. Knowledge of English for technical documentation and tool usage is valued. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with autonomy for remote work, are also advantageous. A permanent full-time contract is offered, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with salary commensurate with qualifications. The position is located in Zaragoza.
