




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Logistics Technician to manage orders, coordinate transportation, and resolve incidents at a molecular diagnostics company. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of the logistics chain in molecular diagnostics A major distributor representing several international companies, offering its customers a wide range of molecular diagnostic products for immunology, transplantation, genetics, oncology, and blood banks laboratories, is recruiting for its logistics team in Zaragoza: **Logistics Technician** Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Creating and sending purchase orders to national and international suppliers * Requesting quotations * Coordinating with freight forwarders, preparing customs documentation, and arranging ad-hoc transportation services * Tracking orders and delivery deadlines, organizing international pickups, and liaising with carriers * Managing scheduled daily receipts and coordinating with the warehouse, as well as planning and executing the transfer of high-tech equipment * Resolving receipt-related incidents and non-conforming products, including filing claims in case of delivery delays * Analyzing activity KPIs and ensuring compliance with established quality procedures **Profile:** * Vocational training (FP) in logistics or laboratory, or university degree with logistics experience * Experience in the biosanitary or pharmaceutical sector is highly valued * Advanced Office package (Excel, etc.) * English level B2 * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles * Analytical skills and results-oriented mindset * Curious, methodical, and adaptable to change **Desirable:** * Experience with Business Central and/or Navision **Offered:** * Immediate incorporation into a leading-sector company operating in an international, stable, and highly dynamic environment.
