Resolve issues or any patient-related concerns in collaboration with the clinic team or headquarters teams as needed. * Connect with and build genuine relationships with our clients. * Respond to all calls and emails with a sense of urgency. * Follow up with potential clients and maintain them in a pipeline for future opportunities. * Motivation and hunger for success.
