




Staff is required for the administrative and documentary management of orders placed outside the country. It is essential to ensure customer satisfaction while complying with applicable laws and necessary logistics. Main responsibilities include handling and monitoring international orders, coordinating with the logistics department for shipments and deliveries. The candidate will also be responsible for addressing and resolving inquiries from international customers via email and phone. Preparing necessary export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates is required. Additionally, it is important to record and archive commercial documents and provide administrative support to the sales team. We are seeking a candidate with at least one year of experience, a background in International Trade or similar field, and strong skills in office software. A high level of spoken and written English and French is mandatory, along with a valid class B1 driver's license. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be valued. The position offers an indefinite, full-time contract with working hours from 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 18:00. The workplace is located in Zaragoza (Malpica).
