**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We seek a qualified and experienced Electrical Technical Office Manager to join an innovative technological infrastructure construction project.
This position is essential for managing and supervising all technical aspects related to the project’s electrical systems—from conception through execution—ensuring compliance with regulations, quality, and safety. It represents an excellent opportunity for a technical leader wishing to directly impact the construction of state-of-the-art facilities.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Lead and coordinate the technical office team responsible for electrical engineering.
* Supervise the preparation, review, and validation of electrical projects, single-line diagrams, panel schematics, installation designs, and technical documentation.
* Ensure correct selection of electrical equipment, cabling, transformers, generators, and power distribution systems.
* Coordinate integration of electrical systems with other disciplines (mechanical, civil, automation) to ensure overall project functionality.
* Support the procurement department in the technical evaluation of proposals from electrical suppliers and subcontractors.
* Manage project technical documentation—including modifications—and ensure its continuous updating.
* Ensure compliance with national and international electrical regulations (UNE, REBT, etc.), quality standards, and safety procedures.
* Actively participate in resolving technical issues and optimizing electrical solutions across all project phases.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in roles such as Technical Office Manager or similar, preferably in large-scale construction projects involving complex electrical infrastructure (Data Centers, substations, high-demand industrial facilities).
* Solid knowledge of medium- and low-voltage systems, grounding systems, electrical protection, diesel generators, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, and power distribution.
* Advanced proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and electrical calculation tools.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and communicate effectively.
* Proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure within challenging deadlines.
* English language proficiency at B2 level.
