Project Manager – End-User Workplace Management Job Description At BABEL, we seek a Project Manager with solid experience in managing End-User Workplace projects, capable of leading the implementation, evolution, and maintenance of Workplace solutions within organizations with high technological demands. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and controlling projects related to the end-user workplace, ensuring proper coordination among technical teams, vendors, and business units, as well as compliance with quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Key Responsibilities * End-to-end management of End-User Workplace projects: deployments, migrations, hardware refreshes, workplace modernization, virtualization, or lifecycle management. * Oversight of goal achievement, deliverables, milestones, and deadlines. * Coordination with Workplace technical teams, Service Desk, infrastructure teams, and third parties. * Demand management, inventory control, capacity planning, and resource allocation. * Identification, tracking, and mitigation of technical and operational risks. * Ensuring service quality and adherence to best practices, including ITSM and ITIL standards. * Direct client engagement: progress meetings, needs analysis, and service evolution reviews. * Preparation of operational and executive reports with KPIs, SLAs, and productivity metrics. * Participation in drafting technical proposals, defining scopes, and estimating efforts. * Support during transitions, adoption of new tools, and change management for end users. Requirements * Demonstrable experience (minimum 2 years) in managing End-User Workplace or Workplace Management projects. * Knowledge of End-User Workplace management tools and ecosystems: Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, VDI solutions, inventory management, etc. * Experience coordinating technical teams, vendors, and clients. * Ability to document, plan, and communicate effectively. * Familiarity with agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies. * Experience with complementary technology environments (Java, .NET, Python, or Frontend) for cross-functional coordination is desirable. * Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Scrum Master, or similar are highly valued.
