This opportunity is for you!** We are currently seeking to hire an **SAT TECHNICIAN** for our **Professional Services** team, serving the **ZARAGOZA** area. **What will your responsibilities be?** * On-site resolution of technical incidents (hardware and software). * Preventive maintenance and software/firmware upgrades. * Advanced installation of ALVIC solutions. * Technical training for customers and pre-installation site visits. * Remote technical support and ticket escalation. * Stock management and adherence to internal protocols. **What are we looking for?** * Technical education (CFGM or CFGS in electricity, electronics, mechatronics, networks, etc.). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of electrical/electronic schematics and use of hand tools. * Empathetic, solution-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused individual. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight, as well as to cover on-call shifts. **What do we offer?** * Stable project within a solid and continuously evolving company. * Flexible compensation plan. * Working hours from Monday to Friday (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). * Excellent working environment and dynamic team. * Continuous training and growth opportunities. **Are you interested in joining ALVIC?** We’d love to meet you!
