We are TÜV SÜD. **We are looking for:** A person responsible for maintenance, support, and minor enhancements of certain applications and/or software products deployed within the company. This is not about developing applications from scratch, but rather ensuring their correct operation, resolving incidents, and carrying out adaptations according to internal needs. **Main Responsibilities:** • Gathering requirements from various internal departments through meetings, designing solutions, and implementing them using these applications/products. • Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing functionalities. • Analysis and resolution of technical incidents. • Coordination with vendors when required. • Management of updates, patches, and improvements. • Technical support for internal users. • Technical and procedural documentation. • Proposals for functional or technical improvements. **Requirements:** \- Education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering (or equivalent) \- Residence near the workplace (Tres Cantos). \- Desirable: Prior experience with CMMS or document management systems; knowledge of Android / mobile apps; experience integrating applications with other systems; knowledge or prior experience with Microsoft Power Platform. \- Personal competencies valued include: Autonomy and ability to learn independently; strong communication skills with non-technical users; problem-solving orientation; organizational and documentation skills. **What We Offer:** \- Permanent position.
