We are looking to hire a **Quality and Quality Assurance Engineer** to participate in high-level engineering projects related to power generation plants, infrastructure, and R\+D initiatives.
You will join a team ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards throughout all project phases—from planning through manufacturing, inspection, and commissioning.
**What will be your responsibilities?**
* Plan, coordinate, and execute quality assurance and quality control activities in industrial and engineering projects.
* Conduct internal and external project and supplier audits.
* Prepare checklists, procedures, and quality instructions.
* Manage non-conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
* Supervise inspection, manufacturing, and testing activities.
* Review technical and quality documentation from suppliers and contractors.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, UNE 73401, and ASME NQA\-1\.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering, construction, and project management teams.
**What are we looking for?**
**Education**
* Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Organization, or equivalent.
* Specialized training in quality assurance and quality control is desirable.
**Experience**
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in QA/QC roles within industrial or engineering environments.
* Experience exceeding 10 years in energy, infrastructure, or highly regulated sectors is desirable.
* Experience in auditing, non-conformance management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
**Languages**
* English at least B2 level (mandatory).
* French is desirable.
**Tools**
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
