Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic production operator to work on the processing, handling, and preparation of meat derivatives, ensuring product quality from raw materials through to final packaging. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling and preparation of meat derivatives 2. Operation of packaging and labeling machinery 3. Teamwork and attention to quality The role involves performing various tasks along the food production line here in Leganés. This is a full-time temporary contract. Main duties include processing, handling, and preparing meat derivatives, always adhering to safety protocols. Constant attention is required to ensure each product meets quality standards prior to packaging. The work cycle spans from raw material receipt to final product packaging. This includes operating packaging and labeling machinery, organizing workspace, and performing palletizing for moving goods with forklifts. We seek a dynamic individual capable of maintaining pace, skilled in sausage loading, and willing to collaborate as part of a team. At least one year of prior experience in the meat or poultry sector, possession of a food handler’s certificate, availability to perform sausage loading and unloading, and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace.
